ఈ అవార్డ్ పొందేందుకు త‌మ‌కు గ‌ల అర్హ‌త‌ల‌ను తెలియ‌జేస్తూ స‌ద‌రు సంఘం వారికి ఓ మెయిల్ చేస్తే స‌రిపోతుంది. అవార్డ్ సెలక్షన్ కమిటీ సెలెక్ట్ చేసిన వారికి మే 12 న హరిహర కళభవన్ లో ముఖ్యఅతితుల చేతుల మీదుగా అవార్డును అందించ‌నున్నారు.
